What cookies and similar technologies we use, and how to control them.
Last updated: October 26, 2026
This Cookie Policy explains how Zie Pie LLC ("we", "us") uses cookies and similar technologies on the ZiePieBooks website.
Cookies are small text files stored on your device by your browser. They're widely used to make websites work, to remember preferences, and to understand how a site is used. Similar technologies include local storage and pixels.
This marketing website sets one cookie, and only on the contact page. Browsing any other page does not place a cookie on your device, and we don't use tracking pixels.
.AspNetCore.Antiforgery. It protects the form against cross-site request forgery, holds no personal information, and is deleted when you close your browser.Because the only cookie we set is strictly necessary and we run no tracking on this site, there's no consent banner to accept or dismiss. If that ever changes, we'll ask for your consent where the law requires it, before any non-essential cookie is set.
We host our own fonts, styles, and scripts, so loading these pages doesn't send your details to any third party. There are no external fonts, no CDNs, no embedded media, and no social or advertising widgets on this site.
The one exception is when you choose to act: selecting Get started or Sign in takes you to our product application, which is a separate system with its own cookies (see section 4).
When you sign in to the product, we set only the cookies needed to keep you signed in and to keep your session secure. All of them are strictly necessary, are marked Secure and HttpOnly, and are never used for analytics or advertising.
.AspNetCore.Identity.Application: your sign-in session. It is a session cookie: we never offer a "keep me signed in" option, so it is deleted when you close your browser, and it is also invalidated within five minutes of a password change, a sign-out from another device, or an administrator revoking your access..AspNetCore.Identity.External: used only for a few minutes while a sign-in is in progress, then removed..AspNetCore.Identity.TwoFactorUserId and .AspNetCore.Identity.TwoFactorRememberMe: set only if your firm uses two-factor authentication, to carry you through the second step of sign-in. The first lasts for the sign-in attempt; the second is not used because we do not offer "remember this device"..AspNetCore.Antiforgery.*: protects every form in the product against cross-site request forgery. Session cookie, holds no personal information. The product does not use local storage or session storage for tracking. It stores only interface preferences, such as a collapsed panel or a chosen tab, which never leave your browser.
The only cookie this site sets is strictly necessary for the contact form, so there's nothing here to opt out of. For the product application, and for websites generally, you can control or delete cookies through your browser settings and set your browser to block them. Blocking strictly necessary cookies may stop parts of the application from working, including staying signed in.
We'll update this policy when our use of cookies changes, and we'll update the date above.
